Rhythm Rewards · for promoters
Members are rewarded for hearing from you
Rhythm Assembly members collect Rewards points for going out. Members who choose to hear from promoters earn more – so your audience grows, and the people on it come to your events.
Why members switch on promoter offers
Once, when they switch promoter offers on. Theirs to keep.
Extra points on every event, share and visit while offers are on.
When they buy a ticket for the event your message linked.
Members choose to hear from promoters and the points they earn are theirs to keep – so the people on your list are the ones who want to be there.
How members earn points
| What the member does | Offers off | Offers on |
|---|---|---|
| Comes to an event (ticket scanned at the door) | 100 | 125 |
| Buys a ticket from a promoter’s message | – | +50 |
| Fills in the after-event feedback | 25 | 31 |
| Buys an extra ticket for a friend | 25 | 31 |
| Shares an event they’re going to | 10 | 13 |
| Posts a clip when there’s a Swarm | 20 | 25 |
| Switches promoter offers on (once ever) | – | +100 |
The levels
Levels come from points in the last 12 months, so members keep coming out to keep them.
| Level | Points | What members get |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 0+ | Their Rhythm Assembly badge |
| Silver | 400+ | Buy tickets 24 hours before general sale |
| Gold | 1,000+ | Buy tickets 48 hours before general sale |
| Platinum | 2,000+ | All of that, plus Rhythm Assembly’s top-level perks |
How fast members move up
Months to reach each level from a standing start. An illustration based on typical habits, not a promise.
| Member | Promoter offers | Silver | Gold | Platinum |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Occasional · an event every 2 months | Off | Month 7 | – | – |
| Occasional | On | Month 3 | Month 10 | – |
| Regular · an event a month | Off | Month 3 | Month 8 | – |
| Regular | On | Month 2 | Month 5 | Month 9 |
| Super fan · two events a month | Off | Month 1 | Month 3 | Month 7 |
| Super fan | On | Month 1 | Month 2 | Month 4 |
A regular who hears from promoters reaches Platinum within the year; the same member with offers off doesn’t. That difference is the reason to switch on.
What it means for you
A bigger audience for your messages
Premier and Elite promoters send direct messages to members who switched on promoter offers – and Rewards gives members a reason to.
Messages that sell
Members earn 50 points for buying the ticket your message linked, on top of the points for coming.
More feedback after your events
Every completed feedback form earns the member points, so more of your crowd tells you how the night went.
Members who come back
Levels count points from the last 12 months, so keeping a level means coming out again – to your next event.
Privacy, built in
Every member on your list chose to hear from promoters. You see what you need to know your crowd – first name and initial (or alias), membership number, town, age range and Rewards level – while their personal details stay private. Your messages reach them in the Rhythm Assembly app.
Direct messages come with Premier and Elite
Premier £7.99 a month – 1 message a month to members. Elite £14.99 a month – 2 messages a month, plus Swarm, the Welcome screen and door sign-up.
